Whether your home has certain features you’d like accented like peaks or columns or you just want to light up your home so it’s not so dark at night. TheLightStylesNEsystem is the perfect solution for accent lights. Within the app, you’re able to decide which lights you’d like on and what color they’ll be. For example, you can turn on two lights at the top of each peak and leave the rest of the lights off. You have the ability to use neon white and soft white or match whatever other exterior lighting.
Downlighting Vs Uplighting
Downlighting has many benefits compared to traditional up-lighting:
During the day our downlighting system is hidden behind your fascia, while up-lighting is often seen in your landscaping or yard. The other benefit from being installed behind your fascia, it is safe from harmful elements like hail.
It’s important to keep the sky dark! Downlighting like ours is the best way to minimize light pollution while still accenting/adding security to your home.
Timer & Calendar
Once you create or choose a scheme that accents all the right parts, save it to come on automatically nightly with sunset to sunrise or static times. The app also allows you to choose sunset/sunrise options as well.
With the calendar feature, you can schedule months in advance so you do not have to change the setting constantly.
For example, you can set a Christmas lighting program for December 1st-25th, then an accent lighting program from December 26th until the next holiday.
